iMusicShare has a very unique way of catering to its customers. First and foremost, they don't make empty promises that they don't intend to keep. Saying your satisfaction is guaranteed and your music is guaranteed is exactly what they mean. So, after you go through the dummy-easy signup steps, you are served a with your login information immediately and can enter the site. This says a lot about immediacy in their service. THese guys don't play around - they get you right in and started!
So, once you are in, you simply grab their top software, download it, install it and boom- just like that, you are searching for your music! I mean, it took me like literally seconds from when I was entering my payment info, to downloading "pretty in pink" - my favorite tune. That just about says it all, but I don't want to stop here, because they amaze me in more ways than one. Since I downloaded "pretty in pink" i wanted to couple it with a few other songs I needed and then burn them right up to my CD, because I wanted to go out and do some chores afterwards and having new music in my car is very important to me. So, I searched the site on how to transfer it to a CD - but I didn't even have to! The information was right there in front of me! I read the short tutorial, popped my CD in and before I knew it, it was done and out of my computer! To add to this, it even explains how to transfer to your iPod or other mp3 player.. if you have one of those devices. I had given mine to my friend Pat, so I didn't bother with those instructions, but I'm sure that I wouldn't have had any problems with it.
THe CD I burned turned out to be excellent too. Not one song skipped or had a funny static like the CD I made with the other services - so the music quality did turn out to be amazing as well. When I got back home in the evening, my brother wanted to know my impressions with the site, since he is the one who recommended it to me in the first place. I told him what I just explained to you, he suggested that I also email them ... and ask some questions about really anything and everything .. just to test out the customer service aspect of it. So I did! In a nutshell, these guys have it together. Period. My email was answered I think in the next 2 hours and the rep was kind enough to explain to me in detail whatever my brother had me ask about.
They elaborated on how to improve my system, so I get much faster downloads - like the ones you would get when you are paying per song. With this service, since you are not paying anything besides the membership fee, pretty much anything you get after that is free. So, you have an unlimited capacity of music downloading and CD-burning, but you sometimes wonder if the speed will suffer, once you fill up your computer with songs and there is only very little room left. Also, you are questioning whether the system might get overloaded and slow down over time. But none of that applies with this service. They explained how to avoid that and it is as simple as a carrot. I love them!
I will keep my membership here for as long as it lasts, because I need a few dozen other tunes to download and slap on CDs, before I go to graduate school next fall.
